Sisterdaleorganics.com is an E-Commerce Site. Sisterdale Organics, LLC sells a number of hemp-infused products, including but not excluded to the following: CBD hemp gummies, CBD hemp sleep gummies, CBD hemp tinctures, CBD hemp athletic rub, CBD hemp palm leaf roll, CBD hemp wraps.
This Agreement (“Agreement”) constitutes the Terms of Service related to your use of Sisterdale Organics, and any transactions as a customer of Sisterdale Organics.
The website is owned by Sisterdale Organics, LLC, and Sisterdale Organics reserves the right to withdraw access to the website and to temporarily or permanently take down the website. You agree that use of the website and any products purchased from this website is at your own risk. You agree to comply with all laws and regulations associated with your use of the website, including, but not limited to, export and re-export control laws.

Shipping Policy

We only ship to U.S. customers. All orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipments within the U.S. are estimated to arrive in about 1-3 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer Free Shipping for orders over $100 shipping to the U.S.
We do not process or ship any orders to Idaho, Iowa, Nebraska, or North Dakota. We do not process or ship Tinctures, Capsules, or Gummies to Maine, New York, North Carolina, or Ohio.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an alert email from us. If you haven’t received your order within X days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tony@sisterdaleorganics.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.

Jurisdiction

In order to keep our business relations with our customers consistent, we elected a single jurisdiction’s laws to apply to all transactions in the event that our dispute cannot be resolved through mediation. You agree that this Agreement, and any purchases with us, shall be governed by Texas law. Venue for any dispute shall be the Judicial District Court of Travis County in Austin, Texas or the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Texas in Austin, Texas.
